CityTroops is a worldwide logistics platform. As Design Lead, I rebuilt the web platform from the ground up, redesigning the full interface, optimizing core workflows, and creating a design system that scales across web and mobile.

As a Product Designer at YPF, I was one of the leads responsible for the complete redesign of the company's SCADA system, used to manage all oil fields nationwide. This included redesigning all system sections from the ground up across both web and mobile, creating a new design system, developing new products, improving overall user flows, and producing technical documentation including a visual standards manual and a design decision guide for engineering teams. I collaborated closely with developers, end users, and stakeholders to enhance functionality, usability, and overall product performance.

EDGE is a cash flow analysis platform that allows lenders to assess the credit risk of consumers. As Sr. Design Lead, I own the end-to-end redesign of the web platform, building a new design system from scratch, redesigning all core sections, improving user flows, and incorporating new functionalities. I also advise developers on implementation, redesign the bank connection widget, and lead the design of the new marketing website built in Webflow.

As Design Lead, I led the complete redesign of both platforms, building a new design system from scratch, designing all sections of each application, and developing new products for integration into the ecosystem.
