OSDE Mobile is the app of one of Argentina's leading medical insurance providers, used by members to schedule appointments, contact medical assistance, and complete online procedures. As digital health services expanded rapidly, this project set out to identify where the experience was falling short and redesign it so members could complete critical tasks quickly and without friction.
